2 Account Security & Responsibility

Keeping your ckzzz account secure is entirely your responsibility. Please keep the following in mind:

• Never share your username or password with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact the ckzzz support team immediately.
• Ckzzz will never ask for your password via email or phone. If you receive any such message, treat it as a scam.
• Keep your account information up to date. ckzzz will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3 Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ckzzz are governed by our designated policies. The following terms apply:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Using third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

• All game outcomes are determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator) and are verified by independent third-party auditors.
• If a technical error occurs during a game, the affected round may be declared void.
• Any disputes regarding game results must be raised with the support team within 72 hours.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
• In Sports Betting, if an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.

6 Prohibited Activities

10 Dispute Resolution & Applicable Law

• All disputes must first be directed to the ckzzz support team for resolution.
• If a matter cannot be resolved through support, neutral third-party mediation is available.
• Ckzzz's terms and conditions, as well as the law applicable to any disputes, fall under the jurisdiction of ckzzz's licensing authority.
• All dispute claims must be submitted within 30 days of the incident. Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.
